Welcome to the Tech25 Team!

We would like to welcome Amanda Welby to our team. She will be the Tech 25 Director of Outreach and Student Engagement. 

Amanda lived in South America for six years before moving to Pittsburgh to go back to school and be closer to family. Inspired by the youth of the Prison Education Project, she decided to pursue a master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Community Organizing and Social Action.  Before joining our team, Amanda worked as the Director of Youth Services at Casa San Jose as well as the United Way leading Teen Dating Violence Prevention Trainings.
