DJ Training with DJ B-renn
Wednesdays for 8 weeks

No experience required. Tech25 is proud to present an 8-week intensive DJ training program that will take you through beginner, intermediate, and advanced concepts guaranteed to keep the party moving. Using Serato and a Pioneer DDJ-REV1 controller, you'll be guided through open-format mixing techniques that will help you seamlessly blend one song into the other. B-renn will dissect the REV-1 from left to right, diving into its on-board EQ, filter, cue points, scratching, FX, and more.

This training looks closely at Hip-Hop, EDM, R&B, and Pop tracks' musicality such as song structure and measure counting. You'll familiarize yourself with lyrics as a means to add wordplay into your mixes, how to create loops, and learn how to avoid trainwrecks through an understanding of tempo (BPM), measure, and key. In this course, we'll teach you all the essentials you need to know.
